Jade Ocean vs Other Luxury Sunny Isles Condos



I’m often asked (especially from East European clients and buyers) which is the best and most luxurious condominium building comprising the Sunny Isles Beach real estate market?  The short answer is Jade Ocean, but the truth depends on the personal tastes of each individual.  Since both Jade Beach and Jade Ocean were built to appeal to those in favor of contemporary design and decor (with a strong Fendi influence in furnishings and accessories) these condominium buildings may not be suited to all.  So, I’d like to review some of the luxury amenities and features of Jade Ocean and compare them to the other nearby luxury condominium buildings in Sunny Isles Beach.

Jade Ocean

Located near near the Southernmost end of Sunny Isles Beach, between Bal Harbour and Golden Beach, just south of Sunny Isles Boulevard, Turnberry Ocean Colony consists of two 37-story towers and a $15 million resident-only beach club and spa on approximately 650 feet of ocean frontage. Next to Jade Ocean, in my opinion, these two condominium towers were constructed with the finest materials and unparalleled attention to detail. Featuring Ten-foot floor to ceiling windows, Snaidero Italian cabinetry, exotic granite countertops, European appliances, Sub-Zero refrigeration, classic marble baths, steam showers, Jacuzzi hydrotherapy tubs with built-in TV screens and private wrap-around balconies providing incredible ocean and Intracoastal views from each and every condominium on the property.  Residences range in size from 2,200 to 5,700 square feet.

No attention to detail, luxury amenity, and especially service, has been overlooked at Turnbery Ocean- which has a much more traditional look and feel than the other condominium buildings in the area.  The interiors by Steven G provide residents with a feeling of warmth, luxury and much attention to detail along with rare artwork and imported European genuine antique furnishings make this condominium property unique.

This is the newest and, in my opinion, the most luxurious and spectacular of all the Trump-branded Oceanfront condominium buildings in Sunny Isles Beach real estate.  I’m intentionally choosing to compare only the Trump Royale to the other premier luxury Oceanfront buildings in the immediate Sunny Isles area – this property is the one that received the most attention to detail from the Developer of all of the Trump-branded properties when it was completed in 2009.

Nothing was spared in creating a top quality and first class experience for residents of the Trump Royale in Sunny Isles Beach. Featuring an amazing beachfront location, Ocean Four provides easy access to the Fort Lauderdale Airport, as well as the Miami International Airport. Also, the Shops at Bal Harbour, South Beach and Miami central are within close proximity.
